West Indies losses nine in their last ten games
India will look to wrap up the series as they take on West Indies in the second T20I of the three-match series in Thiruvananthapuram today. West Indies have set the mighty total of 207 in the 1st T20 their batting was more than decent and they played great cricket but in return, their bowling wasn’t good enough to defend such big total even after the early wicket of hitman India chased the total quite comfortably in 18.4 overs Captain Kohli played a great innings of 94 in just 50 balls and won the match for his team. India is now leading the series with 1-0 and this huge chase will definitely boost their confidence, on the other hand, West Indies have to work on their bowling department to save the last match from being a dead rubber.
If India thought that they were going to have it easy or friendly against the West Indies then they were grossly mistaken. They were left scrambling for answers as the West Indian batsmen took the attack to the Indian bowlers from the very first ball and never stopped coming. The team that wins the toss is going to want to field first since some amount of dew is expected later in the match. The pitch at the Greenfield Stadium is not going to be as good to bat on as the one in Hyderabad but it is still going to be very good. The outfield is small and the potential for another high-scoring match is there. We also expect the spinners to play a bigger role in this match than they did in the previous one.
