The red-hot Milwaukee Bucks will receive the Utah Jazz in one of the best fixtures tonight at Fiserv Forum.
Giannis and company are currently on a seven-game winning streak and are looking to increase it when they receive Donovan Mitchell at home. With Khris Middleton out for several weeks, it’s on the Greek Freak to carry the load offensively during that stretch, as he trusts his teammates to step it up a notch on that side of the court. However, the Jazz defense could be a threat to the Bucks winning ways as they seem to have found their rhythm in the last few games. Brook Lopez could play a decisive role in this game, pulling Rudy Gobert out of the paint with his ability to hit the 3-point shot. Another great matchup is Bledsoe versus Conley. The Bucks guard is playing some great basketball, and with the former Grizzlies point guard still finding his way to a new system, Milwaukee could have a real advantage here.
As for the Utah Jazz, after a rough start to the season where Donovan Mitchell was the only one who could find his way to the basket, Bogdanovic is quickly adjusting to Snyder’s style of play, as he’s averaging 20.7 Points per game in great efficiency. Even though Gobert has suffered a tweak in his last game, he’s probable to participate in tonight’s matchup, where he’ll be crucial to protect the paint from Antetokounmpo’s attacks to the rim. If the Jazz can limit Giannis to an average production they could find themselves in a good spot to steal the win, as Middleton’s absence could be sorely missed in terms of scoring.
Milwaukee are riding a seven-game winning streak, and they’re very hard to beat at home, but I feel that the Jazz matchup pretty well with this Bucks team. It will come down to the wire to see who wins tonight.
