It´s a historic decision! FC Barcelona will sell the naming rights of Camp Nou for the first time in history and will donate part of the revenue to help in the fight against the coronavirus. The club's priority is to fund new vaccine investigations against COVID-19 and already told that it´s open to listening to all the offers.

This is Barcelona's slogan and the Catalans shown again that they are more than a club. According to Josep Vives, from Fundación Barça through its Commercial Area, the club will start making contacts to find a sponsor who wants to put his name in the stadium during next year, a commercial aspect that club had never explored. It will be open to any company and one of the possibilities already discussed is the sponsorship of ACS, a construction and services multinational company owned by… Florentino Pérez.
“We need a strong and quick response and a club like Barça cannot be stopped in this situation. We will use our best jewel to win this fight”, said the club's vice president.
The Foundation will decide on this issue shortly, as the club wants a quick response. The agreement establishes that Barça will be responsible to use half of the money, and the sponsor will be responsible for the other half.
