UK reports indicate that the 24-year-old striker from Salzburg will join Liverpool in this January transfer window as the club met the £7.25 million buyout clause in his contract.

With such a small release clause, Minamino is a very good bargain for the Top European clubs who which to reinforce their squads in the upcoming transfer window.
