Paris Saint-Germain has an history of wasting their youth talent. Who are they?
The Manchester United youngster is one of the most promising talents coming out from the English club in the last few years. The striker has participated in 20 matches for the first team this season, mainly in Europa League and Premier League, and already achieved an interesting statistic. He has now scored 6 goals in his 7 starts, more than Alexis Sanchez's entire stint with United. It goes to show Greenwood’s potential but also highlights the Chilean bad time in England.
With only 18 years old, the youngster is already delivering at a high stage, getting analysts and pundits excited about the possibility he could turn into the next big thing for the England national squad.
Mason Greenwood ???????????????????????????? VS AZ 2020— Turn The Light On ???? (@TurnTheLightOn_) December 12, 2019
Only 18 years old ... ????
"I actually do remember when I met him for the first time because my son was training at the Cliff as an eight-year-old. Mason was seven," said Solskjaer prior to the game against Alkmaar.
"That's what he does. He'll do it in training - it is just natural for him and the closer he gets to goal the more dangerous he is. He is a nightmare for defenders."
Everyone, from the coaching staff to the players, has nothing but positive things to say about Mason Greenwood, with some even claiming that he’ll be one of the best strikers in the World in a few years if he maintains the type of attitude and commitment he shows during practice sessions. Now it’s all on Greenwood’s hands to make it work, and for the sake of the football world, we hope he does.
